Recent studies have focused on the convergence of GLP-1|GIP|GCGR activator therapies and dopaminergic communication. While GCGR stimulators are increasingly employed for treating type 2 T2DM, their emerging impacts on motivation circuits, specifically governed by dopamine pathways, are gaining substantial focus. This paper presents a brief overview
